     The South Oxfordshire District Council Planning Committee has just granted planning permission for the construction of General Fusion’s Demonstration Plant (GFPD) at the UK Atomic Energy Authority's (UKAEA's) Culham Campus near Oxford. Construction is expected to start later this year.
