The 70-plus emergency sirens around the Artificial Island nuclear generating complex will be tested Tuesday night, officials say. The sirens located within the 10-mile radius of the three reactors operated by PSEG Nuclear, are scheduled to sound at 7:20 p.m., according to company spokesman Joe Delmar.
