On the other hand, there are almost fifty companies in the U.S. and Canada working on research and development of advanced nuclear power technologies.

After an accident at a nuclear power plant, the building may be heavily irradiated by a breached reactor core. This makes it impossible for human beings to enter the building to investigate.
