Nuclear Weapons 134 - Israeli Legislator Releases List of Ten Questions About the Negotiated Framework with Iran

              I have been blogging lately about the "framework" negotiated between the U.N. Security Council members (U.S., Britain, France, Germany, Russia, China) and Iran with respect to the Iranian nuclear program. The framework will be the basis of a final agreement to be drafted by June.

              My last several posts have been about the negotiations between the members of the U.N. Security Council and Iran over Iran's nuclear program. A 'framework" has been agreed upon which will be used to construct a final agreement by June. The agreement will have to be ratified by the Security Council members and Iran.

         I have not posted much about the ongoing negotiations between Iran and six countries including the U.S., U.K, France, Germany, China, and Russia (six powers) concerning the Iranian nuclear program. Iran is currently under heavy sanctions from these countries to force Iran to halt the enrichment of uranium.

Nuclear Reactors 226 - San Onofre Power Reactor is Shut Down But Not Forgotten

         The San Onofre nuclear power reactor was shut down in 2013 following the discovery of cracks in 2012 of some of the piping two years after a major maintenance overhaul. South California Edison which operated the plant had ordered new steam generators from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries back in the early 2000s.
